- How long will my order take to complete?
- Bespoke items can take up to 8 weeks to complete depending on the design and other work.
- Jewellery items are usually completed within the week but in some cases may take longer.
- Fascinators are usually completed within 4 weeks, but may take longer to source colours and feathers.
Please e- mail for a more up to date time frame, as these time scales are approxamate.
Tiaras by Jo recommends that brides should have their tiaras at least 8 weeks before the wedding date to allow for final dress fittings and hair practice.
- I have seen a design that I like elsewhere, please could you copy it?
I would not copy a designer's work as this is against the designer's copyright, and would be unethical and illegal. However if there are certain elements of a design that you like, these can be used to inspire and create a unique piece for you.
- What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact me within 48 hours in the unlikely event of your item being damaged or faulty. Goods must be returned within 10 days in original packaging and unworn, by special delivery. Tiaras by Jo offers a refund (excluding postage) or a replacement.
Bespoke items will be replaced if faulty but no refund will be given as these are a special order.
Earing and worn items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- How do I pay for my bespoke items?
A deposit of 50% is paid at the start, once the design has been agreed. The balance is due once the design has been completed. Once the funds have cleared your order will be sent via special delivery.
